Avienda changes name to Silverpop Systems

Avienda Technologies announced it has changed its name to Silverpop Systems Inc.

The name change comes as the Atlanta company was selected to participate in the IDG Executive Forums' invitation-only DEMO Conference in Phoenix from Feb. 10-13. At the conference, the company will showcase its Silverpop Personal Edition product.

Avienda was founded in 1999 and has raised about $30 million in funding.
